Reports on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells

On Hydrogen and Fuel Cells

A list of recent reports by the U.S. Department of Energy on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells can be found below. The Multi-Year Program Plan (MYPP) sets forth the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies Office's (HFTO's) mission, goals, and strategic approach relative to broader clean energy priorities of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Aligned with the priorities in the U.S. National Clean Hydrogen Strategy and Roadmap, the MYPP identifies the challenges that must be overcome to realize the full potential of clean hydrogen and fuel cells and explains how HFTO's research, development, and demonstration (RD&D) activities will help to overcome those challenges in the near-, mid-, and longer-term.

U.S. National Blueprint for Transportation Decarbonization, the landmark interagency framework of strategies and actions to remove all emissions from the transportation sector by 2050. Additional resources on hydrogen, fuel cells, and transportation can be found in the resources section of the Million-Mile Fuel Cell Truck consortium
